Exchange Eligibility:

• To qualify for a complete exchange, please return any unused and unworn product(s) within 30 days from the date of your order.

• All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all original tags.

• Fill out the form below with your previous order information to help our team process the refund accurately and efficiently.

 

Important Note:

• Used items are not eligible for return.

• Initial shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.

 

Steps for Exchanges:

STEP 1:

Fill out the Exchange Form Below

• Take a minute to fill out the form below for easy processing of your gear. We are happy to help answer any questions with the contact info below. Please assure the item is unused and in new condition before starting this process. Otherwise, we cannot except your exchange.

 

STEP 2:

Ship the Product Back:

• Please ensure that you include the following items when returning your product:

  • The product in its original packaging, with all original tags unused and no damages.

  • A clear note with your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address for proper identification.​

STEP 3:

Processing Time:

• Please allow us to process your return and exchange of your product.

  • Processing time can take up to two or three weeks. We try our best to stay on top of any customer inquiries. Feel free to reach out with any concerns as we are happy to give continual updages.
